When will my order be processed?
Each product page has a drop down option to see the product's processing time.

Do you offer discounts for big orders?
Mini books: A minimum of 30 mini books is required for a 10% discount to be applied at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Shipping price is based on the weight of your order and where it is being shipped to. You can get a shipping quote by adding all the items you would like to purchase to your cart, then click "Check Out" in your cart. The different shipping services and prices will be listed. Read more on our Shipping Policy page. 

I placed an order, why did I not receive an order confirmation?
First, confirm that you have entered your email address correctly into your account. If you email address is correct, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find a confirmation, email elibartcustom@gmail.com.

Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer a pick up option. All orders will be shipped to you.
